Leonora is Jamaican-born and fell in love with Caribbean cuisine in her mother's kitchen. That's where the recipes came from, and that's still how she cooks them.
20+ Years of Experience
Two decades of restaurant cooking behind her. She has made these dishes thousands of times: the jerk, the curries, the stews. She knows exactly what each one should taste like.
Taught by Her Mother Lily and Aunt Sharon
She learned island cooking the old way: at home, at the stove, beside the two women who raised her on it. Traditional techniques, real spices, no shortcuts.

Absolutely love the meals with just the correct amount of spice. Would appreciate more beef and fish offerings. Froze about four of them and take one out the day before it's required.

I started on Blessed Foods because I don't have time to cook. They make the best mashed potatoes I've ever tasted. I don't normally eat shrimp, but it tastes great and will be ordering it again.
I loved and enjoyed all the dishes I ordered especially the Garlic Butter Shrimp; Peppered Steak; Oxtail; Curried Goat and also the Jerk Chicken; but because of Budget restraints I am unable to Order every week; but I intend to place another Order to be delivered by Monday 18th May; Thank you; Sylvia

All the meals are delicious! The serving is so generous plus I love that it comes with 2 sides. For me, one meal is enough for 2 meals. I ordered the goat curry, chicken curry, escabech Tilapia filet, brown chicken stew, etc.. All are so tasty. I ordered 3 times now. The customer service is also excellent. Highly recommended!
This is an amazing meal service. Everything was fresh, tasty and was great portion sizes. From the pricing to the options provided, this was a great experience for me as a new mom who didn't have time to cook. Also was healthy and tasted of home cooking. Highly recommend!

I was looking forward to trying the meals from here, they didn’t taste bad, however, the customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. Initially, the promo code didn’t work and so I contacted the individual to seek resolution. She told me to go ahead with my order and that she would refund the difference back to me. She did not. Then, when my order arrived, one of the meals was incomplete and instead, I was sent an entire portion of rice. I tried contacting the numbers provided, once again, seeking resolution, left messages, to which no one replied. I will not order from this establishment in the future, and I will advise others to do the same. Black businesses need to do better. I will take my patronage elsewhere.

The food was delivered very late, around 8 o’clock. My understanding is that the food would be delivered on Sundays by 4 p.m. This food is being delivered to my elderly mother and 8 p.m. is very late to receive food. This is not the first time the delivery was late. Hopefully, there will be no further issues. Thanks
