Blessed Foods brings authentic Caribbean flavours to your table with the convenience of ready-made meals. The business was founded by Leonora, a Jamaican-born chef with over 20 years of restaurant experience, inspired by recipes passed down from her mother Lily and aunt Sharon. Every meal is made with fresh, wholesome ingredients, vibrant island spices, and traditional cooking techniques without preservatives. From jerk chicken and curry goat to escoveitch fish and Ital options, Blessed Foods makes it easy to enjoy real Caribbean food without the effort of cooking.
